For all orders placed after the 17th Nov cut off date that were not despatched by the 21st Dec will be processed on our return. All orders placed during the shut down period will also be processed on our return and will be subject to usual processing times.

Due to stock fluctuations we may have shipped part of your order. Do not fear if that has happened with your order. We have the remaining order still on our system ready to complete.

Pandr has an up to 90 day return policy but please note this excludes ALL printed uniform items. See our Deliveries and Returns page for more info.

In stock items are being despatched within 2 days. Orders with printed items take on average 10 days. More information is provided on individual product pages.
