STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO PLACING AN ORDER:1. Send us your artwork or speak to the team if you would like us to help you with a design. (additional charges may apply)
2. Select the products you would like printing.
3. Choose the quantity, sizing and colours.
4. Approve proof. (Unlimited free revisions.)
5. Once order has been placed a timescale will be agreed.
6. Sit back and relax and wait for the goodies to arrive.
WHAT TYPES OF ARTWORK FILE DO YOU ACCEPT?
We can accept the following file types:
.psd .ai .cdr .pdf .eps .jpeg .png .tif. indd
For colour sensitive designs, paper, card or poster printing we do require the following specification:
Resolution of images: 300dpi
VECTOR - AI, EPS OR CDR
Resolution or Images: 300dpi
Fonts: All text must be converted to curves or outlines - or send us your font (TT) file.
We can accept Word, PowerPoint or RTF files but there may be quality issues – You can export all these files to Jpeg or PDF which will result in better end results.
DO I NEED TO SUPPLY CMYK ARTWORK?
If colours are critical then please speak to a member of the team who will advise accordingly. The RGB spectrum is for screen or computer viewing, this has a much larger field then the CMYK spectrum. If you supply RGB artwork, you may find that it will differ when printed to what you supplied. Bright colours can appear duller.
CMYK is a 4-colour printing process that stands for cyan, magenta, yellow and key (black)
RGB is a light-based colour model that stands for red, green and blue
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
For the majority of process, we do not have a minimum order quantity, but we can lower the cost per unit when you order in bulk or join our Pandr Points Scheme for some great discounts.
For printed paper, flyers, leaflets etc then it is not cost effective to produce in small numbers so these tend to start around 100/qty. Speak to a team member about any quantities you are considering, and we will be able to advise accordingly.
Bespoke/custom made garments will have a minimum order to produce. Speak to the team today to discuss your requirements. We have solutions for all your needs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS LIKE?
We have a vast selection of products suitable for children and adults. We personally test everything before we allow it to be sold. You will notice the team wearing many of our garments, they love them! If you're looking for something a little bit different just let us know and we will do our best to source it.
CAN YOU PRINT ONTO ONE OF MY GARMENTS?
Yeah sure, we can print on your own items of clothing. This is subject to an inspection of the material composition. We are very experienced printers and know the fabrics quite well. There is a risk though that products not designed for print may not react as expected. We do not accept any responsibility in this instance. Unsure if your product is suitable just ask the team.
We are unable to sublimate or embroider onto customer's own garments.
CAN I BUY A BLANK PRODUCT FROM YOU?
Yeah why not. Contact Us for more information and pricing. Blank products are boring though why not choose a funky design?

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
We pride ourselves on a super-dooper speedy turnaround. We will always look at achieving your deadlines but please note that, the more you order, the more time we would need to print the order. It's important to remember not to leave your orders to the last minute, as printing larger orders can take more time.
HOW MUCH DOES A T-SHIRT COST?
We maintain a simple pricing structure. These prices have been held for over 10 years! I know we can’t believe it sometimes. Gone are the days of being charged per letter. For a price list please send your requirements to email@example.com
WHAT SIZE ARE THE T-SHIRTS/CLOTHING?
Sizing information can be supplied per garment. Sizes tend to be measured in inches across the chest or waist. If you need a specific measurement just ask as we can usually find it out We also hold most items instore if you want to come down, say hi and try on.

CAN YOU HELP ME DESIGN A T-SHIRT?
Our team of experts have years of design and print experience behind them and would be happy to help you create your dream design. We will send you a proof of what it looks like and make changes until you're happy with it. If you have design skills and prefer to send us your artwork complete, great. Just make sure it meets the design requirements and then email it over to firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT'S THE MAXIMUM PRINT AREA?
Digital, Vinyl and Transfer printing goes up to approx. A2 size, roughly 40cm x 50cm. Garment dependant. For embroidery we believe the smaller, the classier. Sublimation almost has no limits, Full all over prints are our speciality!
WHY IS THERE SOMETIMES A SET UP COST?
Certain print options like embroidery requires specialist software to digitise the image. The better-quality artwork you supply will drastically reduce these costs and produce a better finished product. The fee is non-refundable once digitisation has been completed. The good news is that this is a onetime fee.
When we are creating bespoke garments with all over print the set-up process is considerably longer. Templates must be created, and, in some instances, your very own fabric will be created unique to your order. The fee is non-refundable once digitisation has been completed. There are no set-up fees for vinyl, digital or transfer process’.
