Placing an order
We have been preparing for this scenario for a while now and have put in place lots of options to offer you a seamless shopping experience with Pandr.
1. Place your order ONLINE. Any time of the day and select either delivery or CLICK & COLLECT.
We will process your order accordingly. All stock item orders will be despatched as per normal T&C's, if you have ordered any school uniform items then they will be subject to processing times. We are currently running at around 10-12 days but please allow 14 days before contacting us. if there is a problem with your order we will contact you directly.
CLICK & COLLECT
Once your order is ready you will be called by the team to arrange collection. This will be done at kerbside. The store is closed and the team will not be able to add items, exchange, return or perform any other service but collection.

If you are unsure what you need, style/sizes etc the team is extremely experienced and can offer you assistance. Give them a call. We can arrange delivery of your order or CLICK & COLLECT
3. Order by email. firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are an account customer your order will be processed as normal. No need to do anything. If it is your first time ordering by email then please include a contact number and the team can give you a call to discuss if needed and arrange payment. Both delivery and CLICK & COLLECT can be offered.
