Latex resistance band available in three strengths, designed to help dancers of all ages and flexibility levels target and strengthen specific muscle groups.
How to Use (Foot Strengthening Example):

Sit barefoot on the floor, holding one end of the resistance band in each hand.

Place the middle of the band under the ball of your foot.

Pull the ends of the band toward your body to create the desired resistance.

Flex and point your foot repeatedly to build strength and improve flexibility.
