How long will my order take?
Orders containing 'Printed Dance School Uniform' take on average 14 days but please allow 21 before contacting us.
How do i list my dance school on pandr?
You can use either the contact form or visit our TRADE Print hub for more information. The team is here to help you through the whole process.
where are my dance school products?
If your dance school is listed on Pandr you can search them here If your school is not listed ask your teacher to get in touch.
Can i cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order via email or telephone. Our email address is: hello@pandr.online or you can contact us on 01302 822444. If the order has been completed and has been shipped, then you will need to arrange a return. This is easiest by telephone so if emailing in please include a daytime telephone number so we can call you back. Your account will be credited once the products arrive back at Pandr. Please note this excludes all Dance School uniform items and made-to-order items. These can not be cancelled and are excluded from retruns. what about delivery charges?
Delivery charges are £5.95 and FREE if you order total is above £70. Delivery charges are non refundable. Trade shipping rates may differ.
do you offer Click & collect?
There is the option to collect your order and you can select this during checkout. The collection address is shown below. If you select delivery and would prefer to collect instead then contact us as soon as possible and we can update your order.
