ORDER & DELIVERY

SEASONAL UPDATES

As we head into our busiest time of year (hello, Christmas 🎄), our production times are a little longer than usual.

Students & Parents
Branded uniform orders are currently taking around 21 days to process before despatch.
💜 A little favour: please try not to chase your order before 28 days — every minute we spend replying to emails is a minute we’re not printing, packing, or pressing your order. (We promise we haven’t forgotten you!)

Teachers & Trade
From 1st November, trade and wholesale orders require 4 weeks’ notice.
(If you need your order by 15th December, please place it by 15th November.)

PROCESSING (Uniforms, Printed Items)

Uniforms are made just for you — we don’t keep stock for individual schools or clubs. That means every order is customised to your exact needs.

  • Standard processing: On average 10–14 days. Easter, September and Xmas are times when things can slow down
  • Bespoke items: Can take up to 4–6 weeks (please allow the full 6 weeks before chasing).
  • When to check in: Please give us at least 21 days before getting in touch about your order. Orders are only considered late after 30 days.

SHIPPING

  • Once your order has left us, it’s on its way via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

  • Typical delivery: 1–2 days after despatch.
  • Heads up: Weekends, bank holidays, and busy seasonal periods (hello, Christmas concert season 🎄) may cause slight delays.

We’ll send you tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

COLLECTION

Prefer to collect in person? Lovely stuff.

  • We’ll email you as soon as your order is ready.
  • Please collect within 14 days during our store hours.
  • We can only hold orders for up to 90 days. After that, uncollected items are disposed of (sadly, with no refunds).

SHIPPING RATE

  • Standard Delivery: £4.95
  • Trade Customers: Please see our Print Hub for trade-specific pricing.

DELIVERY T&C's

  • To -We’ll do our best to ship your order in one go. If something’s out of stock, we’ll email you and send what’s available first, with the rest to follow. You don’t need to contact us, we have your back!
  • -Unfortunately, we can’t add extra delivery notes to your parcel (but you can always leave a note on your door for your postie).
  • -If you miss delivery, the courier will leave a card so you can rearrange or collect.
  • -Once your parcel is despatched, we only consider it missing after 10 working days. At that point, we can sort a replacement or refund depending on the items in the order.
  • -You must let us know within 7 days of despatch if your order hasn’t arrived. Claims after this won’t be possible.
  • -Damages, errors, or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery (with photos of packaging if damaged).
  • -If you gave us the wrong address (oops!) and the parcel is returned, we can resend it — but there’ll be a £4.95 redelivery charge.

Despatch Times

In stock items are being despatched within 2 days. Orders with printed items take on average 10 days. More information is provided on individual product pages.
