We grow through word of mouth, not big advertising budgets. Instead of spending heavily on ads, we invest that budget back into schools through Rewards. In return we simply ask that you share your collection, welcome new products over time, and recommend Pandr where it fits. That keeps prices fair for families and Rewards sustainable.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Pandr Trade is free to join with no joining fees and no minimum orders.
How fast is turnaround?
Most printed uniform orders are dispatched in around 7 to 10 working days from approval. Stock items can be quicker, and busy periods can take a little longer.
How and when are Rewards paid?
You earn 8% on qualifying sales, excluding VAT and delivery. Rewards are calculated quarterly and paid within 30 days of each quarter end, by bank transfer or as Pandr account credit.
Do prices go up for parents with Rewards?
No. Parents pay the same affordable retail price as everyone else. Your reward comes from our margin, not from added costs.
How long does approval take?
We usually review applications within 1 to 2 working days and email you when your account is ready.
Can I use Trade and Rewards together?
Yes. Many schools use Rewards for student uniform and Trade for bulk orders, staff kit and shows.
What is the difference between Rewards and Powered by Pandr?
With Rewards, parents order through a Pandr managed collection and you earn 8%. With Powered by Pandr, the shop is branded and sits on your own website while we power everything behind the scenes.
