PROCESSING & SHIPPING

There can be two parts to an order delivery time.

For Uniform orders see both PROCESSING & SHIPPING. All other items please see SHIPPING TIMES

  • PROCESSING TIME: 

    All Uniform orders are made just for you! We don’t hold stock for individual clubs or dance schools, so each order is custom-made to your specifications.

    Processing typically takes around 10-14 days, but it may take longer—especially for bespoke items, which can take 4 to 6 weeks. Please wait at least 21 days before getting in touch about your order. Orders aren’t considered late until after 30 days.

  • For bespoke items, we recommend allowing the full 6 weeks before getting in touch.

  • SHIPPING TIME: 

    This refers to the time it takes for your order to travel from our hands to yours.

    All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and we can track them every step of the way. Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 1–2 days.

    Please note: deliveries may take a little longer over weekends, bank holidays, and during busy seasonal periods—so thank you for your patience!

  • COLLECTION: 

    You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. We recommend collecting it within 14 days during our store’s opening hours.

    Please note: we can only hold orders for up to 90 days. After that, uncollected items will be disposed of, and unfortunately, no refunds will be issued.

DELIVERY T&C's

  • - Every effort is made to ship orders in one complete shipment. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by email. We will ship the available goods first and ship the remaining Items as soon as they become available. All deliveries are subject to stock availability. In the event of a stock error and we are unable to despatch immediately we will email to advise of estimated despatch dates.

  • - Please note we can not add additional delivery information to orders. Please leave suitable note on your door for delivery service. If you are not available on delivery there will be a card left so you can re-arrange delivery or collection from relevant sorting office.

  • - Once an item/s have been despatched and proof of shipping is available we will only class an item as missing/undelivered after 10 working days. We are then able to process a replacement order or refund.

  • -You must notify us within 7 days after despatch notification if a parcel has not been delivered. Claims after that point will not be possible. Damages must be reported within 72hrs of delivery, we will also require photo evidence of any damaged packaging to enable a claim.

    -If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied and the parcel fails to be delivered we are only able to offer a redelivery upon payment of a £4.95 shipping charge.

FAQ

How long will my order take?

Please see above for the PROCESSING & SHIPPING infomration. Please note we do not class an order as being late until 30 days.

Who will deliver my order?

We usually use either Royal Mail TRACKED, DHL or FedEX. These are usally delivered in 1-2 days but can take longer. Please allow 10 days before contacting us about a missing delivery. We reserve the right to use other delivery providers and services without notice.

Can i speed up the processing times?

We do not stock Dance School uniform items and they are all made to order. This is a complex process and there are many factors that can effect the timescales. We do however complete most orders in 14 days but please do allow at least 21 days before contacting us.

Can i cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order via email or telephone. Our email address is: hello@pandr.online or you can contact us on 01302 822444. If the order has been completed and has been shipped, then you will need to arrange a return. This is easiest by telephone so if emailing in please include a daytime telephone number so we can call you back. Your account will be credited once the products arrive back at Pandr. Please note this excludes all Dance School Uniform items and made-to-order items. These can not be cancelled and are excluded from returns. What about delivery charges?

Delivery charges are £4.95. Delivery charges are non refundable.

Do you offer Click & collect?

There is the option to collect your order and you can select this during checkout. The collection address is shown below. If you select delivery and would prefer to collect instead then contact us as soon as possible and we can update your order.
