  • Pandr as Seller of Record
    Pandr is the Data Controller for customer data collected via Pandr-managed websites, student portals, and plug-in stores.

  • Partner as Seller of Record
    Where a partner sells directly to customers under its own brand, the partner acts as Data Controller and Pandr acts as a Data Processor solely for fulfilment purposes.
    In these cases, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies.

Data sharing with partners:

Partners may receive limited or anonymised order data only where necessary for:

  • confirming authorised purchases

  • reconciling commissions or rewards

  • approved reporting related to their range

Partners must not use shared data for marketing or unrelated purposes unless expressly authorised.
