Our size guides show the measurements of the garment, not the person wearing it. Unless stated otherwise.

1: Find a similar item at home that fits well.
2: Lay it flat on a table or floor.
3: Measure it in the same places shown on our size guide.
4: Compare your measurements to the product measurements.
5: Choose the closest size. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size.

All measurements are taken flat and unstretched. If no size guide is shown, we do not currently have measurements available for that item.

A - WAIST. Measure across from edge of the waist band to the other. Keeping garment as flat as possible.
A - CHEST (Half Chest. Measure 2.5cm down from armhole and then straight across the chest. Keeping garment as flat as possible.
B - LEG. Measure from the highest point on the garment down the outside seam including the cuff and waistband
B - BODY. Start at the highest point on the shoulder and measure straight down including hems.
C - CUFF. Measure across from edge of the waist band to the other. Keeping garment as flat as possible.

Our brands size guides is a collection of information supplied by the relevent brand. These are not measured in the same way as the Pandr guides so please contact us if you have any questions.

To help keep your item looking its best:

• • Always check and follow the care label provided with your item.
  • Test any detergents, stain removers or cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first.
  • Wash similar colours together.
  • Avoid excessive heat when washing, drying or ironing.
  • Air dry naturally where possible.
  • Footwear should be spot cleaned only unless otherwise stated.
  • Delicate items, including tights and hosiery, should be hand washed and line dried.

Printed Garments

Where an item has been personalised, printed or decorated by Pandr, the following care instructions take precedence over the manufacturer's label:

• • Cold hand wash only.
  • Wash inside out.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not iron directly onto prints, logos or decorations.
  • Air dry naturally away from direct heat.

Please Note

Different fabrics, prints, embellishments and manufacturing processes require different care methods. Failure to follow the care instructions supplied with your item may result in damage, shrinkage, colour transfer, print deterioration or reduced garment life.

Natural wear and tear, colour fading, print ageing and fabric changes may occur over time through normal use and repeated washing.
