Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning displays.

POINTE SHOE FITTER- Professional & Trainee positions. Flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalised pointe shoe fittings for dancers, considering individual foot characteristics, dance style, and experience.
- Assess and measure customers' feet to determine the correct size and width of pointe shoes.
- Offer expert advice on selecting the most suitable pointe shoe brands and styles.
- Educate customers on proper pointe shoe care and maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in pointe shoe technology and products.
- Maintain a clean and organised fitting area and pointe shoe inventory.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and address any customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer fittings and orders.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your fitting skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pointe Shoe Fitter or a strong background in ballet and pointe work.
- Excellent knowledge of different pointe shoe brands, styles, and materials.

Position Available.
PRINT TECHNICIAN . Full time/Flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate printing, direct-to-film (DTF), Sublimation, Laser and heat transfer machines.
- Prepare and load garments onto printing machines.
- Mix and prepare inks to match design specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of each print run, inspecting finished products for defects.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate placement and alignment of designs.
- Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Keep detailed records of each print job and materials used.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of printing supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in T-Shirt printing or related field preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Basic computer skills for machine operation and record-keeping.
