SALES ASSISTANT - Flexible Hours


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
  • Assist customers with product selection and offer recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning displays.
  • Assist with receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items to the management team.
  • Assist in setting up and arranging store displays and promotions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work atmosphere.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.


  • Previous retail experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Position Available. 

POINTE SHOE FITTER- Professional & Trainee positions. Flexible hours.


  • Conduct personalised pointe shoe fittings for dancers, considering individual foot characteristics, dance style, and experience.
  • Assess and measure customers' feet to determine the correct size and width of pointe shoes.
  • Offer expert advice on selecting the most suitable pointe shoe brands and styles.
  • Educate customers on proper pointe shoe care and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in pointe shoe technology and products.
  • Maintain a clean and organised fitting area and pointe shoe inventory.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and address any customer enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer fittings and orders.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your fitting skills.


  • Previous experience as a Pointe Shoe Fitter or a strong background in ballet and pointe work.
  • Excellent knowledge of different pointe shoe brands, styles, and materials.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for helping dancers achieve their best performance.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to varying customer needs.

Position Available. 

PRINT TECHNICIAN . Full time/Flexible hours.


  • Set up and operate printing, direct-to-film (DTF), Sublimation, Laser and heat transfer machines.
  • Prepare and load garments onto printing machines.
  • Mix and prepare inks to match design specifications.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of each print run, inspecting finished products for defects.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate placement and alignment of designs.
  • Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Keep detailed records of each print job and materials used.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of printing supplies.


  • Previous experience in T-Shirt printing or related field preferred but not required (training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Basic computer skills for machine operation and record-keeping.
