Update 5th Jan 2021:
Well, we never thought we would be in this position again. Another 'National Lockdown'.
This has meant that we have had to close the doors but do not fear. We have spent the last few months making sure everything is in place to enable to you to still get supplies. We continue to work behind the scenes. Contact us here or email us

Update 12 June 2020:
Great news, we are re-opening the store on the 15th June
We are going to do things a little different for now and stage the re-opening. It is crucial that we do this safely to protect our team and customers. We will be using the time to learn new methods of operating.
For now we have focused on three key areas. Personal protection practices for our team in line with the latest government guidelines. Implementing social distancing practices Enhanced cleaning and sanitisation of our facilities and equipment. We’ve also adopted contactless delivery to help protect the safety of our team, and you, our lovely customers.
Due to these implementations please see below the Store Reopening Guidelines. Valid until 29th June 20
Maximum 2 people allowed entry at any time from the same family group. Hand sanitser will be provided on entry and exit. If you or anyone you have been in contact with is or has shown any symptoms please visit after suitable isolation.
Temporary store opening hours until further notice:
3pm till 6pm
Tuesday to Friday
10am till 2pm
We will not be offering any fittings, clothing or footwear for this initial stage. Our team is very skilled in suggesting suitable sizing and we have an extended 90 days return policy.
We have contactless payment which is preferable, it includes Apple Pay. Please do not be offended if we refuse to accept cash. We will NOT be accepting cash.
All surfaces will be cleaned on a regular basis. Counter tops, door handles and payment machines. Toilets and parts of the store will be completely sectioned off and not in use.
POINTE SHOE FITTING
We do not think it is suitable yet to offer this service instore. We are offering virtual appointments for replacement pointe shoes and the diary is open for full fittings starting on the 1st Sept.
When we can safely offer the service instore we will let you know and release earlier dates. Thank you for your understanding in this, pointe shoe fitting is a very hands on process and we want to do it right.

We are excited to be reopening and would like to thank you in advance for supporting us. The guidelines we are taking maybe a little tighter than others but we take both your safety and our own very seriously.

Update 28 May 2020:
We are planning on opening up the store on the 15th June. We will confirm this closer to the time and also update you on how we will be able to operate safely.
In the meantime orders can be placed online or TRADE orders can be emailed to email@example.com.

Update 13 May 2020:
Amazing News. We have opened areas of the business back up. By following government guidelines we are now able to process web orders and print. We are extremely limited in numbers so these process are going to be much slower initially. Please bare with us :)
There are still quite a few business in our supply chain that are closed so if products are unavailable we will ship them as soon as possible.
Due to staffing the store will remain closed and we are not manning the telephones. Please contact us and say firstname.lastname@example.org
Update 21 March 2020
For the safety of our customers, our team and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus, we decided to temporarily close our store on 21st March. This was then further enforced by government regulations on the 23rd March. All of our website shipping and print manufacturing is processed in the same building meaning that we have had to cease all operations.
If you've placed an order recently, this will be processed as soon as we return. Our returns policy has also been extended to 30 days from when our stores re-open and our website is back up and running. All orders that are ready for collection will be notified when it is safe to do so.
Please don't post any returns back to us as we're so sorry, at this time, we won't be there to receive them. If you have already posted a return in the last couple of days, hold onto your proof of postage, and we'll process it when we re-open.
