Pandr® Price Promise

We are passionate about offering the best range of products to our customers at the very best price. Our promise to you is that if you find the same product on offer at a lower price at one of our competitors we will match that price or refund the difference. Our Price Match Promise even applies up to 7 days after purchase.

How to request a price match


We promise to match the competitor’s price available when you contact us. To request a price match for:
• Online purchases, simply, call us on 01302 822444 – before you’ve bought from us, or up to 7 days afterwards.
• In-store purchase, simply revisit the store within 7 days.
Simply tell our team the product code (from your receipt or the top of the product page), our price, and the competitor you want us to match. Also let us know of any relevant voucher offer our competitor is running.

Price Promise T&C’s

  • • We'll match our competitor’s current UK store or website price.
  • • The competitor’s item must be brand new, identical to ours, and offered on the same terms.
  • • We and the competitor must have stock ready for delivery.
  • • We must be able to verify the competitor’s price and stock position.
  • • We’ll match the price of an item; not delivery charges or other services.
  • • Cannot be used with any other offer.

Voucher-match T&C’s

  • • We’ll match voucher offers offered by Planet Dance, Dance Ability, Fancy Pants, World of Dance & Everything Dance with equal savings when you buy the item from us.
  • • Offer limited to one per customer or household.

 

If you find an identical product at a lower price at one of our UK based high street competitors, we will match the price when you buy or we will refund the difference. If you have purchased the product in one of our stores, simply contact the store you bought it from.

If you’ve purchased from us online or, if you haven’t yet purchased but you have found a better price with one of our competitors (either online or in one of their stores), you can either contact your local store or contact our customer services team on 01302 822444. In order for us to verify the price, simply provide details of the product, where the product is being advertised at a lower price and the price at which it is being offered for sale.

    In stock items are being despatched within 2 days. Orders with printed items take on average 10 days. More information is provided on individual product pages.
