How to request a price match

To request a price match, please contact us before placing your order, or within 7 days of purchase.

• Online purchases: call us on 01302 822444.
• In-store purchases: revisit the store within 7 days of purchase.

Please provide the Pandr product code, our price, the competitor’s name, and evidence of the competitor’s current price and stock availability.

Price Match Terms

• We’ll match a competitor’s current UK store or website price.
• The competitor must be an established UK dancewear retailer or specialist with both a physical retail presence and a transactional website.
• The item must be brand new, identical to ours and offered on the same terms.
• Both Pandr and the competitor must have stock available for immediate purchase or dispatch.
• We must be able to verify the competitor’s price, stock position and terms of sale.
• We do not price match marketplaces, auction websites, private sellers, social media sellers, overseas retailers, clearance sales, liquidation sales or businesses operating exclusively online.
• We do not match delivery charges or other services.
• Price Match cannot be used in conjunction with any other Pandr promotion, offer or discount.
• Any refund of the difference is subject to these terms being met and approval by Pandr.
• We reserve the right to decline a price match request where we believe the comparison is not like-for-like.

Voucher offers

• Voucher or promotional offers may be considered where they are available to the general public and can be verified by Pandr.
• We do not match exclusive, membership-only, staff, student, trade or private discount schemes.
• Voucher matching is limited to one offer per customer or household.
