Terms and Conditions

Pandr® is the trading name of We Are Pandr Ltd. Any references to We Are Pandr Ltd or Pandr. will use the term ‘Pandr’, and any references to the website belonging to that company will use the term "Site". 

Pandr TRADE refers to business customers who receive trade pricing and other TRADE benefits. This may be referred to as a 'Pandr Partnr' or  'TRADE'

In this section you can find out about:

1.WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER

    1.1 When you place an order you confirm that all details provided are accurate and you have permission to provide them. You enter a contract with Pandr when you place an order. Payment will be taken when the order is processed, and the order will be completed as per your selected shipping method. You will receive an email confirming your order, with subsequent emails informing you of despatch of your goods. Please check all details are correct, including ordered items and address details. Should you need to amend your order, please contact Customer Services on (+44) 01302 822444.

    1.2 To place an order through the site you must be at least 18 years old

    Payments

    1.3 Orders may be placed using a debit/credit card or with a registered Paypal account and creating a secure account or checking out as a guest. We occasionally carry out random security checks. This is to ensure that no one uses your data without your consent, or with a stolen or duplicated (cloned) card. In this instance, we will contact you to request the relevant documentation to proceed with your order. We thank you in advance of your understanding of this necessary procedure.

    1.4 If you want to add additional items to your order after placing it, please contact Customer Services on (+44) 01302 822444 (this is dependent on the status of your order). Unfortunately, if the order has been sent through to our warehouse you would be required to place a new order through the website.

    Footwear & Clothing

    1.5 Many of our dance shoes come in either European or US sizes which we convert into English UK sizing for your convenience. We will also show a conversion where possible. Please note the size you ordered may not match the size on the box, but it is the correct converted size. Please try on both shoes to ensure correct fit.

    2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

      2.1 We work hard to keep the ‘Site’ and store stock levels up to date. If an item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, we will place an order with our suppliers and ship it to you as soon as possible, with no additional shipping charges. The available items in your order will be shipped to you as normal.

      2.2 Pandr reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders, in the event of:

      a) Product out of stock / discontinued

      b) Incorrect address / outside of delivery zone (please see delivery information for exclusions) Deliveries & Returns

      c) Incorrect billing information

      d) Suspected fraudulent activity

      e) Typographical Errors on the site

      f) Force majeure

      2.3 Items that are manufactured to order. e.g. Dance School Uniform are subject to different lead times and availability. It is not possible to cancel or amend these items once the order is placed. If an item remains unavailable after 30 days an alternate item will be offered. If no suitable alternate items are available we reserve the right to offer a full refund. This will include delivery charges if no other items have been shipped.

        3. DELIVERY, COLLECTIONS & RETURNS

          3.1 See here for full delivery & returns conditions. You have 30 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection at your nominated store to return an item to us for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

          please note: We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order.

          3.2 Items excluded from returns are: Dance school uniform printed items. (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Leggings etc that have a dance school logo on) Underwear, Tights, Socks and Facemasks. Bespoke clothing, Special order items, Free and promotional items.

          3.3 We accept all returns in store providing the terms have been met. Just bring your items with proof of purchase. A receipt, screenshot of the order or email will be acceptable. 

          Exchanges can be made in store or if you require a refund we can either offer store credit or process the payment back to your original payment method.3.4

          3.4 Once an item/s have been despatched and proof of shipping is available we will only class an item as missing/undelivered after 10 working days. We are then able to process a replacement order or refund. 

          3.5 If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied and the parcel fails to be delivered we are only able to offer a redelivery upon payment of a £4.95 shipping charge. Undelivered orders can take up to 28 days to be received back.

          3.6 We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we will contact you to arrange collection or ask you to cover the return delivery costs. 

          3.7 Returns made using our TRACKED returns are subject to a £3 deduction from the refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days but please allow 30 days before contacting us.

          3.8 Orders for collection will be notified and must be collected within 14 days. All uncollected orders after 90 days will be disposed of and no refunds will be offered.

          3.9 Orders for delivery will be notified by email. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. if your delivery has not arrived within 10 days then please contact us. You must contact us within 28 days as after this time we are unable to help.

           

          4. PRICING, TAX AND OTHER COSTS

            4.1 Prices displayed will contain 20% VAT unless children’s clothing and children's footwear which will include 0% VAT. Certain printed material will be either 0% VAT – Flyers, Leaflets, brochures, programmes etc. Or charged at the standard 20% VAT – Business Cards, Posters, Banners etc. If you require further information, please Contact Us

            4.2 All possible customs and import charges are payable by customers outside of Europe. It is not the responsibility of Pandr to calculate customs and import charges, but rather it is the customer's responsibility to enquire about these charges in the delivery country.

            5. Dance/Clubs/Schools - TRADE ORDERS

              Please see the full Pandr Trade benefits here

              5.1 To join the Pandr Trade scheme, you must be a dance teacher or dance school owner, Club, School or Organisation. Verification will be required.

              5.2 The Scheme and any discounts may be cancelled at any time without notice. Once verified you will have access to wholesale/trade pricing

              5.3 Although our return policy is straightforward, when dealing with items sold to business, companies or independent dance teachers, the Consumer Contracts Regulations do not apply.

              5.4 Orders over £1000/1000€ may be eligible for additional discounts. Contact Customer Service for further details.

              5.5 Retail exclusive offers are not available to members of Pandr Trade and Pandr Trade are also excluded from retail shipping rates. 

              Trade Delivery

              5.6 Free delivery is available on all orders above £250 inc VAT in the UK. Shipping and delivery times are shown on our delivery page. Orders below £250 are subject to courier shipping rates £4.95 inc VAT. Shipping is non refundable.

              Trade Special / Custom Orders

              5.7 Please note that we may have to specially order in from our suppliers items that we usually hold low stock in. If you then decide to cancel, or return part or all the order, you may be liable to pay a re-stocking charge (25% of your order amount). This excludes printed, bespoke, custom and made to order items as they are strictly non-returnable.

              5.8 Once an order has been placed we allow 1hr to make alterations and place additions. After this time if additional items are required a new order will have to be placed. It is not possible to accumulate orders to achieve free shipping.

              Pricing and VAT

              5.8 On the Site, prices are displayed at full retail cost including VAT. Discounted pricing will be shown when logged in as an approved Pandr TRADE customer. If you are unable to see the trade pricing then please contact us.

              5.9 VAT will be applied to all transactions at the time of purchase and will be clearly visible in your shopping cart and on the checkout page. If you have a VAT number you can claim the VAT back. Please seek professional guidance.

              Information and Contact Data

              5.10. We will send you, by email, exclusive promotional offers if you have subscribed to the Pandr TRADE newsletter when creating your account. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email.

              5.11 You can see the full privacy policy here which details how we use your information.

              5.12 Your login details are strictly confidential. We do not have access to your password. If you want to change your password, please do so through the login page. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one through the login page. You have the responsibility to keep your information confidential. If you provide your account details to a third party who makes fraudulent use of it, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account.               5.13 If we identify fraudulent activity or if the account is being used by someone other that the approved account holder we reserve the right to cancel your account without notice


              6 PANDR® PRICE PROMISE

              6.1 The product in question must be current season, identical in style, size and colour and offered on the same terms.

              6.2 If you are purchasing in store, the product must be held in stock by one of our competitors at the time you wish to make the purchase in store.

              6.3 If online, the product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery by one of our competitors. Delivery costs, postage and packaging costs and VAT must be included in the price.

              6.4 We must also have the product in question in stock.
              *This Price Promise is applicable in respect of any of our UK mainland based competitors.

              6.5 Gift vouchers are exempt from the Price Promise

              6.6 This Price Promise is not available in respect of web only based retailers, showrooms attached to web only based retailers, mail order retailers, factory outlets, membership clubs, duty free shops, home shopping channels, auction sites, market stalls, private sales and liquidation (or any other “closing down” or insolvency) sales.

              6.7 Typographical errors shall not apply. No affiliate, promotional, voucher code or media discount applies. Any other retailer’s price match promotion which offers an additional rebate or other benefit for any price matched product is also excluded.

              6.8 We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.

              6.9  Our Price Promise even applies up to 7 days after purchase. Proof of purchase will be required.

              6.10  All Price Promise transactions are carried out at our discretion.

              6.11  We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.

              7 PANDR® PRINT

              7.1 Artwork must be approved by the customer before printing. Where approved any further changes may be charged for accordingly. Pandr does not accept liability for errors, however caused, which are evident in any proof and not indicated by the client at the proof approval stage. Clients are liable for all relevant costs incurred in correcting such mistakes once the proof has been approved.

              7.2 Vector graphics are created in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Inkscape. As they produce better end results we prefer vector .EPS .AI or .CDR formats but can also use high resolution jpegs, PDF or other formats with at least a 300 DPI All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves. Alternatively, please send a copy of the font used. * Please submit files with images actual size required.

              7.3 Delivery times will always be advised upon order. We endeavour to ship all orders complete but if an item is out of stock we will send these separately at the earliest convenience. It's important to remember not to leave your orders to the last minute, as printing larger orders can take more time.

              7.4 Where we are printing to garments supplied by the customer we do not accept any risk.

              7.5. Printed products are exempt from standard returns policy. Faulty items will be repaired/replaced upto 90 days after purchase but are subject to examination. Any items washed or cared for incorrectly will be excluded. Unless stated otherwise any printed items must be washed inside out on a cool wash. Max 40. Do not iron on any print directly but may be pressed on the reverse. We do not advise using a tumble dryer. At Pandr’s discretion we will also consider any other faults up to a maximum of 6 months.

              7.6 Incorrect garment sizing and incorrectly printed items must be reported with 7 days of receipt of item. These will be replaced upon confirmation of error.

              8 COPYRIGHT & IMAGERY

              8.1 We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. Logo placement and positions are shown as a guide and can vary based on the size of the garment ordered. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. 

              8.2 This website and its content is copyright of Pandr® - We Are Pandr Ltd. All rights reserved. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all the contents in any form is prohibited unless permission has been granted by Pandr

              8.3 We always refuse to infringe copyrighted and trademarked works. It is illegal and can result in heavy legal fees. Be original or please ask us for ideas. We fully support designers/artists personal/corporate copyrights. If you feel we have, unknowingly, breached any of your rights please contact admin@pandr.online and we will rectify any possible infringement immediately.

              Pandr has an up to 90 day return policy but please note this excludes ALL printed uniform items. See our Deliveries and Returns page for more info.
