Getting Started

Step-by-step guide to placing an order
  1. If you have a logo, please send it to hello@pandr.online. If you do not have a logo, our team can work with you to create something special. Additional charges may apply.
  2. Choose the products you would like printing. We can match existing products or help you choose from our range.
  3. Our team can help you select the correct items, colours and styles to represent your school, club or brand.
  4. Visual proofs will be created for you to approve. Revisions are free, and physical samples can be produced at cost.
  5. Once approved, we can list your collection online if required, or you can place orders directly. Email orders are required to ensure spelling is correct.
  6. Sit back, relax and wait for the goodies to arrive.

Artwork

What types of artwork files do you accept?

We can accept the following file types:

.psd .ai .cdr .pdf .eps .jpeg .png .tiff

For colour-sensitive designs, paper, card or poster printing, artwork should ideally be supplied in CMYK at 300dpi.
Do I need to supply CMYK artwork?

If colours are critical, please speak to our team before ordering.

RGB is designed for screens and computer viewing.

CMYK is designed for print and stands for cyan, magenta, yellow and key/black.

If RGB artwork is supplied, colours may differ when printed.

Can I send Word, PowerPoint or RTF files?

We can accept them, but there may be quality issues.

For better results, export your file as a JPEG or PDF before sending it over.

Products & Orders

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

For most print processes, we do not have a minimum order quantity.

If we host your products online, pricing would usually be RRP. If you order directly, you may benefit from trade pricing or bulk pricing on larger orders.

Printed paper, flyers and leaflets are usually more cost-effective from around 100 pieces.

Bespoke or custom-made garments may have a minimum order quantity.

What are your products like?

We offer a wide range of products suitable for children and adults.

We personally test products before we sell them, and you may even spot our team wearing some of them.

If you are looking for something different, let us know and we will do our best to source it.

Can you print onto one of my garments?

Yes, we can print onto customer-supplied garments, subject to inspection of the fabric and material composition.

There is a risk that products not designed for print may not react as expected. Customer-supplied garments are printed at the customer’s own risk.

We are unable to sublimate or embroider onto customer-supplied garments.

Can I buy a blank product from you?

Yes, contact us for more information and pricing.

Blank products are fine, although we think they are much more fun with a funky design.

Can I choose the method of printing you use?

If you already know which print method you would like, just let us know.

If you are unsure, our team will recommend the most suitable option based on your product, artwork and order quantity.

What is your turnaround time?

We pride ourselves on a speedy turnaround and will always try to work towards your deadline.

Larger orders naturally need more production time, so please avoid leaving orders until the last minute where possible.

How much does a T-shirt cost?

We keep our pricing simple. Gone are the days of being charged per letter.

What size are the T-shirts and clothing?

Sizing information can be supplied per garment.

Measurements are usually given in inches across the chest or waist. If you need a specific measurement, just ask and we will do our best to help.

We also hold many items in store if you would like to visit us and try them on.

How much is delivery and where do you ship to?

We ship throughout the world.

  • RRP orders: £5.95 per order, free over £50
  • Trade orders: £5.95 per order, free over £200
  • Bulk orders: quoted per order

Can I get a discount if I am a charity?

We work with lots of local and national charities.

Discounts are subject to discussion with our team, so please get in touch and we will advise where possible.

Can you help me design a T-shirt?

Yes. Our team has years of design and print experience and would be happy to help create your design.

We will send you a proof and make changes until you are happy.

If you already have finished artwork, great. Just make sure it meets the artwork requirements and email it to hello@pandr.online.

What is the maximum print area?

Digital, vinyl and transfer printing can go up to around A2 size, roughly 40cm x 50cm, depending on the garment.

For embroidery, smaller is usually classier.

Sublimation has very few limits and can be used for full all-over prints.

Banner, poster and sticker printing is subject to a 100m roll with a 1000mm width.

Why is there sometimes a set-up cost?

Some print options, such as embroidery, require specialist software to digitise the artwork.

The better the artwork supplied, the more likely we can reduce set-up work and achieve a better finished result.

Set-up fees are non-refundable once digitisation or bespoke setup work has been completed.

There are no set-up fees for vinyl, digital or transfer printing processes.

What print methods do you offer?

We use different print methods depending on the product, material, artwork and customer requirements.

DTF Workwear, sportswear and clothing print Low run, low cost, matte finish and full-colour capability.
Vinyl Transfer Dancewear, clubs, teams and schools Our most popular option. Available in matte, gloss, metallic, fluorescent, glow and glitter finishes.
Digital / Litho Print Flyers, business cards, banners, posters and stickers High-quality print for promotional and marketing materials.
Laser Transfer Events, parties, stag and hen designs Low cost, no minimums and very fast.
Screen Print Transfers Commercial clothing, fitness, dance and sportswear Great for larger or repeated clothing print orders.
Sublimation Mugs, bottles, trophies, keyrings and all-over garments Ideal for full-colour products and specialist garment designs.
Pandr Gems Dance, gymnastics and sparkle designs Rhinestones, rhinestuds and shapes. Perfect as an add-on or standalone design.
Embroidery Workwear, uniforms and premium finishes Durable, traditional and high-quality. Set-up charges may apply.
Bespoke Custom garments and premium projects Higher cost, minimum order likely and longer production time.

In stock items are being despatched within 2 days. Orders with printed items take on average 10 days. More information is provided on individual product pages.
